(01) Who we are

NPCoding is a founder-led software company. For two decades we've built startups' first products, mobile apps for brands and the systems businesses run on. Today we run that work for organizations as an outsourced AI team: AI agents do the heavy lifting across engineering, product and marketing, and our experts manage them — assigning the work, reviewing every result and answering for it.

(02)Your outsourced AI team

Engineering, product and marketing, run by one team: ours.

Instead of hiring developers, retaining a marketing agency and coordinating between vendors, you work with one NPCoding team that runs AI agents and takes care of what the business needs, with one senior lead who answers to you directly.

(03)What we build

From startup MVP to enterprise system, built faster with AI.

Web platforms, mobile apps, SaaS products and the systems businesses run on. AI agents speed up the building, and one senior team plans, designs, tests and runs what they build.

Already have software? We take over, assess and modernize codebases built by other teams or with AI tools.Request an assessment

The best AI tools speed up how we build; experienced people design, review, test and release everything. AI features in your product are a separate decision, added only where they earn their place.

(04)How we build with AI

AI agents do the work. Our HR for AI runs the team.

Every project gets a senior engineer who acts as HR for AI. Like HR for people, they hire the right AI agents for each job, onboard them to your project, decide what they may touch, review their work and answer to you for it.

What your HR for AI does

  1. 01

    Hires

Picks the right AI agent and model for each job: Claude Code, OpenAI Codex or privately hosted models.

  2. 02

    Onboards

Gives the agents what any new team member needs: your codebase, standards, data rules and acceptance criteria.

  3. 03

    Assigns

Breaks the work into small, scoped tasks and decides what each agent may read, change or run.

  4. 04

    Reviews

Checks every change before it merges, while QA tests the result independently of the code.

  5. 05

    Answers for it

One accountable person who reports to you in plain language: progress, decisions and what comes next.

Where your AI runs

Cloud AI or private AI. The same team either way.

Your HR for AI can run the agents on leading cloud tools or on privately hosted models. The reviews, the testing and the standards don't change.

(06)Quality & operations

Quality before release. Confidence after release.

AI makes delivery fast. Fast only matters if what ships is right and stays up, so QA and DevOps carry equal weight in every project, from the first sprint to long after launch.

Quality before release

QA & release assurance

Validation is kept separate from implementation. Tests are designed from your requirements rather than worked backwards from the code they check.

  • Acceptance criteria grounded in your business requirements
  • AI-assisted test automation plus expert exploratory testing
  • Critical workflows, integrations, permissions and edge cases
  • Browser, device, accessibility and performance checks, as scoped
  • Documented findings and a clear view of release readiness

When your product includes AI

We also evaluate output quality, tool permissions, unsafe actions and failure handling, and re-run the evaluation suite after every model, prompt or tool change.

Confidence after release

DevOps & managed operations

Production changes are controlled, not autonomous. Every release passes automated checks and risk-based approvals, and has a rollback path.

  • Repeatable build and deployment pipelines
  • Separate environments and controlled production changes
  • Monitoring, alerting and AI-assisted diagnostics
  • Backup restoration and recovery planning
  • Access, secrets and dependency maintenance
  • Performance and infrastructure-cost reviews

When you run AI in production

We also monitor agent quality, inference latency and cost, release model and prompt updates under change control and keep a clear route to escalate to a person.

Need just one? Each is also available on its own for software built by another team: an independent QA assessment, or operations for an application you already run. Both are built into every NPCoding project.

(07)How we work

AI accelerates every step. People own every decision.

Realistic plans, working software every sprint and no surprises — it's why clients like Yifat and Ambin come back for their next project.

Testing, security and operations work runs through every stage, not just the end.

  1. 01

    Discover & design

Workshops, user journeys and prototypes. AI helps us synthesize research and explore options quickly; designers and your team decide what to build, and QA turns it into acceptance criteria.

    • Prototypes

  2. 02

    Architect & plan

Engineers define the architecture and the data and security boundaries, then break the work into tasks small enough to delegate and review. AI helps map existing code and the impact of changes.

    • Assurance:Threat model
    • Assurance:Release & recovery plan
  3. 03

    Build with AI agents

AI agents (Claude Code and Codex, or privately hosted models, depending on your package) implement scoped tasks, refactor, and draft tests and documentation. Your HR for AI, a senior engineer, assigns their work and reviews every change before it merges.

    • Scoped agent tasks
    • Human code review
    • Assurance:Automated tests
  4. 04

    Review & validate

QA validates against the acceptance criteria with automated suites and exploratory testing, independently of the code that implemented them. Sensitive changes get a security review.

    • Assurance:Exploratory QA
    • Assurance:Security review
    • Assurance:Release readiness
  5. 05

    Release, operate & improve

DevOps releases through a controlled pipeline with approvals and a rollback path, then monitors production. What we learn from real use shapes the next iteration.

(08)New to building software?

Just an idea? That's a great place to start.

You don't need a specification, a technical background or a final budget to talk to us. Tell us what you have in mind, and we'll help you shape it, show you what AI makes possible today and find a sensible first step.

  • No commitment before the proposal
  • No technical knowledge needed
  • You talk to senior people, not a sales team
  1. 1

    Tell us your idea

A few sentences in plain words is enough. No specification, no technical language, no finished budget.

  2. 2

    Talk it through

An intro call about your goals, users and budget. We suggest the simplest first version worth building, and where AI can make it faster.

  3. 3

    Get a clear plan

Scope, timeline and an honest estimate, before any commitment. Then you decide, with no pressure.

(09)Ways to work with us

Three ways in. One team that stays.

Use one capability on its own, such as QA, DevOps or UI/UX, or an integrated team. Start where you are: the team that builds or assesses your software can stay responsible for it.

  1. 01

    Build

A new product or a substantial development initiative, taken from discovery to a controlled first release.

    • Discovery, user journeys and prototypes
    • Architecture, delivery plan and acceptance criteria
    • AI-accelerated development with senior code review
    • QA, security review and a controlled release
  2. 02

    Assess & improve

A review of an existing or AI-built product that identifies the risks and scopes the remediation, modernization, redesign or release work.

    • Architecture and code-quality review
    • Security, dependency and access review
    • QA assessment or UX audit, as needed
    • A prioritized plan for what to fix, modernize or release
  3. 03

    Operate & evolve

An ongoing partnership for a live product, with the responsibilities written into the scope you agree.

    • Planned development and releases
    • Regression coverage and defect follow-up
    • Infrastructure and dependency maintenance
    • Performance and usability improvements
    • AI-agent evaluation and permission reviews, if you run agents
    • Private-model operations, when contracted

Each engagement covers what we agree together: scope, support hours and response commitments are set per engagement, and nothing is assumed beyond it. What you get is continuity, visibility, and a team that remains responsible after launch.

(14)FAQ

Questions, answered.

Straight answers to the questions we hear most, including how we use AI and who manages it. Can't find yours? Ask us when you get in touch.

What is an outsourced AI team?

Instead of employing developers, marketers and separate vendors, you work with one NPCoding team. Our people run AI agents and take care of your software, product and marketing, and one senior lead on our side is accountable for the result and answers to you directly.

What does the service cover?

Three areas, depending on what the business needs: engineering and product (apps, platforms, sites, design, QA and infrastructure), marketing and growth (SEO, content, paid campaigns, email and measurement) and automation and operations (AI agents for business processes and integrations between systems). You can start with one area and expand.

How is this different from a marketing agency or a software house?

Development and marketing usually sit with different suppliers, and someone on your side has to coordinate them. Here the same team builds the product, promotes it and measures the results, so the site, the campaigns and the data work together, and you deal with one point of contact.

What does NPCoding do?

We design, build, test and run custom software of every kind with AI: startup MVPs, SaaS platforms, web and mobile apps, eCommerce, business systems, integrations and AI features. AI agents speed up the building, a senior engineer manages them as your HR for AI, and designers, QA and DevOps specialists stay responsible for what reaches your users.

I only have an idea. Is that enough to start?

Yes. A few sentences in plain words is enough; you don't need a specification or a technical background. On the intro call we ask about your goals, users and budget, suggest the simplest first version worth building and show where AI can make it faster. You get a clear proposal before any commitment.

What does "HR for AI" mean?

It's the role a senior NPCoding engineer plays on your project. AI agents take on routine building work, and like any team they need managing: someone has to choose the right agent for each job, give it the context of your project, limit what it can touch, review its work and take responsibility for it. That person is your HR for AI, and your main technical point of contact.

Can you build our startup's MVP or mobile app?

Yes. We take founders from idea to a specification, a clickable prototype and a first release on the web, iOS or Android, from a team that has founded startups itself. AI speeds up the build; the scope, architecture and quality decisions stay with experienced people, so the MVP becomes a foundation rather than a throwaway.

How do you use AI, and who is accountable?

AI agents help us understand codebases, implement and refactor scoped changes, draft tests and keep documentation current. Engineers define the work, review every change and own the technical decisions. Designers and QA specialists assess the product, and DevOps controls what reaches production.

What's the difference between the two development packages?

Claude Code & Codex Engineering uses those tools under the account and settings approved for your project. Private / Local AI Engineering runs AI-assisted development on privately hosted models in a controlled environment, with optional ongoing management. Both carry the same engineering, design, QA and release standards.

Can we use just one capability, such as QA or design?

Yes. QA, DevOps and UI/UX are each available on their own, without a development package, or you can work with an integrated team that covers all four capabilities.

Will our product include AI features?

Only if it should. AI-assisted delivery is how we build; AI features for your users are a separate capability, and we recommend them only where they solve a real problem.

Can you work on software another team built, including AI-generated code?

Yes. An assessment covers the architecture, security, tests and release risk, and ends with a prioritized plan for remediation, modernization or release. We arrange code access securely once we've spoken, so please don't send source code through the website.

What happens after launch?

If you choose, we stay responsible for the product: releases, monitoring, maintenance, QA coverage, infrastructure and continued development. Support hours, response commitments and responsibilities are agreed per engagement.

How does a project start?

With an intro call to understand your goals, followed by a discovery and specification phase that defines scope, timeline and budget. You'll know what you're getting before development begins.

Where is NPCoding located?

Our office is in Toronto, Ontario. We work with clients across Canada and internationally.
